Bolivia - Pico Del Tucan (Organic)
Bolivia may be one of the poorest countries in South America, but is rich in cultural wealth. This coffee is grown on the Pico Del Tucan farm at an altitude of approximatel 4,400 feet above sea level. In Spanich, "pico" means beak, so in English, the farm would be called "Beak of the Tucan". Interesting indeed.
Cupping and Roasting notes:
Medium bodied. Fragrant with flowery tea-blossam aroma. Becoming buttery (nut-like) and with a caramel sweetness at a full city roast. Medium acidity. Nice coffee for drip or French Press. Not overly complex in character.
