Papua New Guinea - Purosa
Grown on the Eastern Highlands, the Purosa co-op is about 5,500 feet above sea level. The trees consist of mostly bourbon and typica type and the beans are wet processed.
Cupping Notes: Winey aroma, becoming more intense on the wet break. Sweet vanilla chocolate notes, low acidic (typical for a PNG). Stone fruit as it cools. Pleasant finish
Roasting Notes: Nice at a medium roast. Works great as a blend component for an espresso. People that like Brazil coffees should like this.
