Brazil Fazenda Ipanema Dulce

Fazenda Ipanema in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil is located near the cities of Alfenas & Machado.

Ipanema Dulce has a mild, honey-like sweet taste with a rich, full body and medium acidity Clean fruity accents, light cocoa and a nice, mellow aftertaste.

This carries a Rainforest Alliance Certification which means it was grown such that forests were protected, rivers, soils and wildlife were conserved, and workers were paid decent living wages.

Don't let the relatively low price be an indicator of quality for these beans. They make for a nice single-origin espresso or are an excellent choice for a base part of a blend.
