Brazil Moreninha Formosa

A sweet, smooth fresh Brazil with terrific body, nice fruit and just a hint of nuttiness. Great for espresso. After being allowed to dry on the trees, this full natural coffee is then finish-sun-dried on raised African style beds.

Grown in the city of Serra do Salitre, Minas Gerais, Cerrado Mineiro.

Average Altitude : 1,200 meters.

Bean Size: 17-18 screen.

Suggested Roast - City to City+ brings out a mango fruitiness along with nuttiness found in a lot of Brazils from the Cerrado region. At Full City and beyond the fruitiness quickly disappears and out comes an almost overpowering coco-ey bittersweet chocolaty ness.
