Natural Yellow Bourbon Fazenda Cachoeira

The Cachoeira farm is located in São Paolo State, just 3 miles from the border with Minas Gerais State. It has the typical characteristics of the mountainous Sul de Minas regions that have made it the mainstay of Brasilian coffee for a very long time. The farm has been with the same family for over 100 years! Excellent as either a single origin or base for an espresso blend. I creates a verrry sweet, froth-like crema when prepared properly.

Formal cupping notes:

Candied orange, chocolate, bulger wheat, tea-like, with a smooth, sweet acidity. Pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
