Very rich aroma , crisp, clean tasting and well balanced in the cup. Mild acidity (brightness), medium to full body. This is a very well balanced cup. The flavor is semi-sweet, kind of light orange notes with a nice aftertaste.

"Pulped Natural" is a processing method in which the fruit is dried with the parchment layer still attached, instead of fermenting the fruity mucilage first. The result is fuller body and less acidic than wet processed coffees, but cleaner and more uniform in color than dry coffees. This makes it an excellent candidate for use in espresso roasts
