Roasting Notes: Can be roasted light or dark, but slowing the roast after first crack and coming to a slow, light finish preserves the character of this coffee.

Cupping Notes: Moderate intensity floral notes. black currants, coriander, ripe orange peel are balanced well together. Nice mouth feel followed by a moderate aftertaste. Clean cup. Holds its own as a single origin espresso. Great for other brewing methods such as Hario or French Press.
