This Antigua is a most exquisite coffee grown on the slopes of the breathtaking volcanoes of the Antigua area. 100% processed at the Beneficio PASTORES plant. Bluish color, bright uniform roast. Handpicked, good body, fine acidity and the incredible Antigua flavor.

Cupping Notes: Dry fragrance with toasted grain and nut sweetness, honey and almond. Clean tasting, fragrances become more pronounced as the cup cools.

These beans are easy to over roast, so keep a close eye on them as the roast progresses.
