It comes from a cooperative known as Tekangu - short for Tegu, Karogoto and Ngunguru (don't try and say that 5 times real fast!). Kenya Coffee is complex, mild and smooth yet bright and lively.

Maple syrup, currant, pipe tobacco.

Roasting Tips:
Often the cup characteristics noted above tend to become apparent only when darker roasting coffees that may be predisposed to such nuances, but not this one. Even at lighter roasts they shine through. Anywhere from City to City++ seems to be the sweet spot.
