Mexican Chiapas - MWP (Mexican Water Process)
A medium-light bodied, well balanced coffee. Chiapas is in the Southern-most region Mexico. Decaffeinated in the state of the art Mexican Water Processing plant, this coffee makes for a please drip or after-dinner espresso.
