Mexican Oaxaca Pluma Don EduardoPronounced "Wah-Hah-kuh". This strictly-high-grown (SHG) coffee is a sweet little cupper with great mouth feel. Best roasted between City and Full City to produce a sort of "wood" aroma with a chocolaty taste. Works great as a base for an espresso blend complimented with a good Brazil. Oaxaca is a state in the Southern part of Mexico. These are un roasted green coffee beans |
