Panama Boquete Classico
Great coffee beans at a great price. There seem to be some excellent quality Panamas coming out this year. These SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) are grown at 1800 meters. Very clean cup. Similar to a good Kona, but at less than 1/3 the price. Over-roasting (Full City or beyond) is a definite no-no. Roast it light, press it, or brew in a drip brewer.
