Coffees coming out of Panama from the higher elevations, such as Lerida Estate, continue to be what we think is the best bang for the buck. Read more about Finca Lerida here. Roasting suggestions: This coffee excels when the roast is stopped before 2nd crack to bring out unique citrusy qualities and pine nuts. As the roast progresses just into 2nd crack (for those that prefer darker roasts), maltiness flavors become apparent (not really "cloclatey") with full body development at Full City. Note: these are unroasted green coffee beans |
