Cupping Notes: Intense, elegant dry and wet
aroma of coffee blossoms, tangy acidity, floral, medium body. High sweetness
even before it cools down. As it cools, sweet lemons become very pronounced
. Well balanced. Lingering pleasant aftertaste.
Roasting Notes: The beans
are dense and the flavors exist in a compact range. From light to
dark, these beans are a joy to roast.
