Sumatra Decaf Swiss Water Process
This is a mountain-water process decaf in which no chemicals were used during the decaffeination process. The result is a full bodied cup with even lower acidity than regular caffeinated Sumatran coffees. Great as an after-dinner espresso.
Roasting Notes: As with most decafs, roast it gently with a slightly lower finish temperature.
Cupping Notes: Very syrupy body, slightly earthy for a Sumatran with deep undertones.,
