Tanzania Tarime

Tanzania, located near Kenya, has it's best coffees grown in the Northern region near Mt. Kilimanjaro. It is best roasted to a light-medium roast to bring out the fruited, well rounded full character of the bean.

This AB quality coffee comes from the Muriba Central Processing Unit (CPU) that serves ten farmer groups across a dozen villages or so, near the town of Tarime, in the Mara area of northern Tanzania.

Cup Characteristics:
Wet break: Cedar. Flavors: Milk Chocolate, caramel, stone fruit. Clean cup and surprisingly bright.
