Our Shipping Policies

  • Our preferred method of shipping is FedEx
  • We Ship 5 times a week
  • We do our best to ship within 24 hours of order receipt
  • We ship USPS 3 times a week
  • When shipping FedEx, customers should receive a FedEx tracking number via email once the package(s) is picked up and scanned by FedEx. This tracking number can be used to track packages from the FedEx web site.
  • If no notification email of tracking number is received within 24 business-day hours, send us an email and we'll track down the number
  • Once we figure out how, we'll add a FedEx shipment tracking feature right on our web site (it's not easy!)

Estimating Shipping Charges

Our location is in Tempe, Arizona. Once you've chosen the items you want to purchase, proceed to the shopping cart check-out area. Before you actually make the purchase, you'll be asked for your zip code and our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping costs and present you with a pull-down menu of shipping methods and costs. The amounts shown are the exact cost you'll be charged for shipping once you proceed through the check-out process.

We ship internationally to the following countries:

Note about roasters: The roasters we sell operate on 120 volts. Countries in Europe operate 220 volt electrical grids. We do not sell converters, but they are available online at other e-commerce web sites. It is up to the customer to procure proper voltage converters.
