Our Shipping Policies

  • We Ship 5 times a week
  • We do our best to ship within 24 hours of order receipt
  • To get your package to you the most expedient way possible, we may send it USPS Priority Mail at no extra cost to the customer even if one of the other shipping methods was chosen. If the customer insists on a particular shipper, they should note it in the comments section of the shopping cart.
  • When shipping FedEx, customers should receive a tracking number via email once it becomes available from the shipper. This tracking numbers can be used to track packages from the FedEx web site.
  • If no notification email of tracking number is received within 24 business-day hours, send us an email and we'll track down the number for you.

Estimating Shipping Charges

Our location is in Tempe, Arizona. Once you've chosen the items you want to purchase, proceed to the shopping cart check-out area. Before you actually make the purchase, you'll be asked for your zip code and our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping costs and present you with a pull-down menu of shipping methods and costs. The amounts shown are the exact cost you'll be charged for shipping once you proceed through the check-out process.

International Shipping

 

We're sorry, but no longer provide international shipping. Maybe we will again in the future, but for now it's too time consuming for our staff.

Note about roasters: The roasters we sell operate on 120 volts. Countries in Europe operate 220 volt electrical grids. We do not sell converters, but they are available online at other e-commerce web sites. It is up to the customer to procure proper voltage converters.
