Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping please call us at 623-217-1304 to report the damage. You must contact us within 5 business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc…) as the shipper will come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper. UPS can be reached at 1-800-742-5877. FedEx can be reached at 1-800-463-3339. We will gladly ship another machine when a claim number from the shipper is issued. Defective Machine
If your machine seems to not be working properly please call us at 623-217-13040. Machines may be termed “defective” within the first five days after delivery, after that time frame machines will fall under warranty repair. All of our machines have been tested either at the manufacturers site in the country that they are imported from or at the importers location in the US. We can then determine whether the problem is user error or an actual problem with the machine. A call tag will be issued by the manufacturer. This takes approximately 7-10 days for UPS to make the pick up. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same merchandise only.
