Aguas Paulistas is a microlot coffee imported by Capricornio Coffees. Capricorn selects coffees from various estates and terroirs from an area divided by the Tropic of Capricorn. Their goal is to bring high quality, consistent coffees to the market while paying farmers a reasonable amount for their efforts.
This coffee is a pulped natural processed coffee. The beans are comprised of Catuai and Mundo Novo. Hazelnut, brown sugar, and sweet raisin are pronounced nuances at the cupping table. Good choice for espresso as well as drip brewing. Medium roast.

Cupping Notes: Moderate acidity with pronounced pine nuts. High on sweetness, full body.
Roasting Notes: Apply gentle heat after first crack, if your roasting equipment allows, otherwise tipping may occur.
